1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, "et678", "we", and "our platform" refer to the et678.bar website and all services connected to it. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services. "Services" refers to online slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming features. "Bonus funds" refers to additional balance credited under various promotions, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use et678's services, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. If false information is provided, et678 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. If documents are requested for identity verification (KYC), they must be submitted within the specified time.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Never share your password with any third party. et678 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

et678 currently supports transactions through three mobile financial services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are not available through any method other than these three.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may occasionally increase slightly due to identity verification or technical reasons. If any active bonus wagering requirement remains on the account before withdrawal, it must be completed first.

4.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Integrity

Use only payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources may be rejected by et678, and the related funds may be held while the matter is investigated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳28,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit or total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable only after a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts, multiple family members, or coordinated betting is prohibited. If such activity is detected, et678 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and related winnings and to close the account.

5.4 Other Promotions

The terms of other promotions such as reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards will be stated separately, and each will be governed by its own specific terms. et678 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6. VIP Program

et678's VIP program has three tiers. Regular players at each tier receive weekly cashback.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and consistency. VIP cashback is credited directly to the account and carries no additional wagering requirement. et678 reserves the right to modify any VIP benefits.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All games offered at et678 — slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting — are operated using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each round is fully independent and verifiable.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the case of an incomplete round due to server errors, disconnections, or other technical issues, et678 will review the system logs to make a decision. The game provider's server log will be considered final.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds in cricket and other sports markets are subject to change and may change even before a match starts. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bets will be settled in accordance with et678's policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to et678's systems or software.
• Fraudulent or exploitative misuse of promotional offers.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

If any such activity is detected, et678 may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by et678

In cases of breach of these terms, fraud, proven bonus abuse, or security concerns, et678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If the closure is for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

9.2 User-Requested Closure

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. As part of responsible gaming, temporary or permanent self-exclusion is also available.

10. Responsible Gaming

et678 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage members to keep gaming as an enjoyable form of entertainment, and not a cause of addiction or financial harm.

• Never place bets beyond your means.
• Avoid placing large bets out of emotion in an attempt to recover losses.
• Use the option to set deposit limits or loss limits for yourself.
